Churchville Baseball Parents and Coaches,

Picture day is scheduled for Sunday, April 19th, in the Churchville Rec center 3023 Level Rd, Churchville, MD 21028 The schedule is attached.  We will be photographing all players and coaches individually and extracting and compositing into the team photo- see the sample photo below.  Players should arrive for photos with their bat, glove and catcher's gear, if applicable. Cleats are not necessary.  Please arrive at your scheduled time to avoid crowding. We do not use paper order forms. All photo ordering will be done online and you will be able to view your photos before finalizing your orders. We offer multiple poses and sibling photos can also be taken.  I am offering free shipping if you make an AdvancePay/Deposit toward your order by April 19th. You will receive a separate email containing your player's unique access code(s) to opt in and make a deposit to take advantage of the promotion.  Check your SPAM folder if you did not receive the email with your access code. Photos will be available to view approximately 7-10 business days after picture day. You will be notified by email and/or text when the gallery is published and ready to view. Let me know if you have questions.  Thanks!
